Still Getting Mail After Unsubscribing?

If you have sent an "unsubscribe" request but are still receiving mail from us, you may be getting your documents emailed to you from another source, such as a mail alias. If you get Pearson Assessments e-mail through a mail alias, we will not be able to unsubscribe you. We have only the addresses of the mail aliases, not the addresses of the individuals who receive mail through them. In that case, you need to determine what alias your address is on and have the owner of that alias remove your name. You might need to contact your system administrator or the postmaster at your site for help.
