What is your order processing time? Materials are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days from date of order.

What is your 30-Day Risk Free Offer? Review any product with no obligation. To keep it, just return the accompanying invoice with your payment. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the materials, simply return them in salable condition within 30 days from the invoice date. You pay nothing except return shipping.

Do you accept purchase orders? Yes.

Do I have to have a purchase order number to place an order? We do not require a purchase order number, however, we do need to comply with your Purchasing Department's requirements.

Do you accept government VISA cards? Yes.

Why do I have to pay state tax when I'm ordering out of state? Because we have a sales representative in your state, we are required by law to register and collect your state's sales tax.

Parent question about Pearson Assessments tests. Pearson Assessments publishes a wide range of educational materials including assessments, textbooks, and instructional materials. Our tests are sold only to individuals who have the training required to use and interpret them properly. Tests should be interpreted in light of other information about the person being tested. Therefore, it is unethical for Peasron Assessments to discuss assessment information with you as a parent.
